1. Prepare volunteer and gardener kits
Friday June 1 10am - 1 pm

2. Volunteer Check-in (Sunday June 3)

3. Garden Tour Guide (Sunday June 3)
Morning 8:30 am — 12:30 pm
Afternoon 12:00 noon — 4:00 pm

1. Site Set-Up (Tables, signs, etc.)
Sunday 7:30 am

2. Plant Sales
8:00 am —11:30 am
11:00 am —2:30 pm
2:00 pm —5:30 pm

3. Plant Carriers (assist shoppers with plants)

4. Plant Holding Area

5. Cashier

Each Garden Tour and Plant Sale volunteer will receive a free commemorative T-shirt to wear on the day of the event.
